Whether you are having issues creating your first package or you are an experienced SSIS user but have been dealing with the hardest issue ever, know that you are no alone. The SSIS community has grown so much the last few years as the number of resources out there. Let me introduce a short list of places where you can go to get good information and answer to most questions you may have:
Books on line SSIS 2005. A great place to start, you can either follow the tutorials if you are a newbie, or use it as a reference.
Books on line SSIS 2008 A great place to start, you can either follow the tutorials if you are a newbie, or use it as a reference.
MSDN Forums: A Microsoft hosted forum and the most active one I am aware of, where several MVPs, Micorsot folks and other comunity members gather to ask and answer questions.

SSIS Live Search Macro. A Live Search macro created by Jamie Thomson that covers many SSIS relevant sites and blogs.
Update 11/19/2008: Douglas Laudenschlager blog. Doug is part of the SSIS documentation team and frequent blogger
Please note that there is also a separate new MSDN forum for SQL Server 2008 Integration Services.
